回想在學校的時光，學習了很多理論知識、考取了相關的證照，但踏入了製程工程師這塊工作領域後，發現實際想要靈活運用，就好像缺了那麼一塊重要的拼圖，跟實際狀況有所差距。為了縮短理論與應用間的距離，公司對於製程工程師規劃豐富的課程，提供多樣化且貼近實戰的訓練，並藉由培訓和實際經驗的累積，在提升實際操作技能的同時更增加面對各種挑戰的應變能力。
